You may be required to create an account to use the App. Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
• Illegal activities
• Infringement of others' rights
• Disruption of the normal operation of the App

The intellectual property rights of the App and its content are owned by [Two Step]. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content of the App without the prior written consent of the company.

The "App" is provided "as is," and the company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the "App." Additionally, the company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the use of the "App" and is not liable for any unforeseeable losses, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. The exchange rate information provided here is for reference only and may differ from the official rates provided by your bank. Exchange rates may change at any time without notice, and the company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the interpretation or use of this information.

• No Refunds: Digital products such as ad removal are non-refundable after purchase. Since digital products are provided immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available. Please make sure to confirm your purchase carefully.
• Exceptional Refunds: If the ad removal feature does not function correctly due to technical issues or payment system errors, please contact support, and we will consider a refund after review.
• Compliance with Platform Refund Policies: All refund requests are processed in accordance with the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please follow the platform's procedures to request a refund.

The company may modify these Terms as needed. Changes to the Terms will be notified in advance through in-app pop-ups or store update notifications. Please check these Terms regularly for updates. Your continued use of the App after changes to the Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Any disputes arising between the "App" and the "user" regarding electronic commerce transactions will be governed by the "user’s" address at the time of filing. If the "user's" address is not available, the case will be handled by the district court that has jurisdiction over the "user's" place of residence. However, if the "user's" address or place of residence is unclear at the time of filing, or if the "user" resides outside of South Korea, the case will be brought to the court with jurisdiction according to the Civil Procedure Act. Furthermore, any electronic commerce disputes between the "App" and the "user" will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
